More Random Livingroom Pictures

Well if you can stand more pictures, I would like to share with you some extra shots of my living room. I wish I knew how to put these pictures in order but for some reason my computer is way to complicated for me to understand. No clue why this post is underlined either. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

This is a whale tail hanger I purchased recently
with a Santa I won in a giveaway.

I just love this display on top of my spoon carved dresser.

I bought this little Snowman at one of my favorite prim shops. The railroad lantern was given to me by a friend for my birthday last year.

Okay, the underlining is coming and going. What's up with that?
This is a shot of my ugly green cabinet with a couple of snowmen displayed in it .

This stands holds my lovely television.

Don't you just adore these stockings. I received them from a textile swap.

Again my ugly green cupboard. I love the basket I have on top. It has to be one of my most treasured pieces.

This was a quick throw together basket my mother in law made for me. She is so creative and I love everything she puts together for me.

Random candle holder from a swap from the past.

This is my crock cupboard. It is also one of my favorite pieces.

This planter is from my daddy's funeral two years ago. I have managed to keep it alive and I am so thankful for that.

I love this old pop crate. I really had no idea how to decorate it though.

Another snowman display I put together. It it hanging from a wreath hanger. I love the wooden box it is in.

I'm hoping to get my kitchen pictures taken and posted later this week. We have been so busy around our house. It seems like there isn't much time left to do anything extra these days. I'm sure you all know how that is.

I've so much enjoyed sharing my Christmas pictures with everyone. I love all the comments that are left for me as well. Each one is very special to my heart. I have been blessed by so many blogging friends and its nice to be able to share my home with you.

Have a blessed week,

  1. Ohhhhhhhhh how pretty it's looking in your home with all your wonderful holiday touches!!!

  2. I love your header, very vintage, great colors.
I also love your crock cupboard. I snagged a picture of it because I want one that looks just like it. I hope that's ok.
I collect snowmen so they provided lots of eye candy for me.
    BTW~ that basket is awesome!

  3. Amy, spice tins might fit in the soda pop
crate...I was going to buy one to put
mine in, but hubby brought home an old
box, so I stuck it up on the wall and
used it. Your decorating is all so cute!
Thanks for sharing...I am having a give
away, come on over and check it out, you
can get several chances to win!

  11. Hi Amy, gosh I don't even know where to start with what is my favorite thing you have because every picture has something I just love!!8-)
I love what you did with that antique planer,(I think that is what it's called) the wooden piece on your dresser. I have one of those in my house!! My husband was a carpenter before we took over the ranch, he still is a carpenter I guess since he mostly built our house, he just doesn't do it for money anymore.8-) Anyway, when I saw that piece in an old junk store I just had to get it for him. He loves it. I'm going to use it in a window display with snowmen, if I ever get it done.
You have so many neat pieces and I just love how you use them in your displays. The box on the wreath hanger is adorable. I just love it all!!8-)

  12. Amy, I think it would be fun to curl up on your couch and just enjoy all your pretty things. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

  13. Amy, everything looks so wonderful!! There are so many that are my favorites, but I do especially like the stockings, the crock bench and the large filled basket on top of your green cabinet (which isn't ugly, by the way). ;)
You have such a great touch for decorating.
I can't wait to see your kitchen.
    Hugs~ Birgit
