Now Where Did They Go! What is this?

Good morning everyone. I hope your day got off to a better start than mine. I got up this morning and wanted to make myself some toast for breakfast. Well gee, now where did my toaster go? Hmmmm..... Next I needed to feed Bella my 4 legged furry baby girl but I had to open the dog food can first. The can opener seems to be missing as well! Maybe it is ran off with my toaster. Oh here they are. They were hiding behind the most wonderful covers I just purchased from Teresa's ETSY shop. http://www.etsy.com/shop/TeresasPrimTreasures. I am so in love with these pieces. I wish I had taken better pictures to show you but from past posts, I think you all know my photography skills are anything but good. I still think you can see the beauty in each piece. The prices were fantastic and shipping was actually very cheap. These pieces are what I have been so desperately wanting for a very long time. I need to tweak my decorating accessories but I wanted to get the pictures posted now.

Toaster Cover..... Finished in a wonderful mustard color and distressed to perfection.

Can Opener Cover..... Barn Red is the color I believe and it has a fabulous aged finish.
I totally understand why everyone loves appliance covers. I think I may have to check into ordering other covers to put over many other things in my kitchen I would like to disguise!

Okay, next lets move on to the "What Is This".

Holy Bananas Batman!

Momma got a new front load washer and dryer! Oh Yeh!!! Delivered just yesterday! They aren't hooked up yet but I am so anxious to use them. I know what you might think..."Has she lost her mind. Laundry is not fun." Well I hated our old washer and dryer because my clothes always looked dingy and the dryer took forever to get the clothes dried. Imagine how much time and energy I was wasting on waiting for my laundry to get done. Now I should have it finished in half the time it used to take. Plus I can do bigger loads in these buggers. My hubby is building a platform for these to sit on so I don't have to bend down so far. The pedestals that they sold with them were so over priced and he knew he could fabricate something just as nice for them.

I have to say that I am so truly blessed with a wonderful husband. Without his love for me and my happiness, I would not have gotten any of these treasurers. He is so good to me. He is always trying to make me happy and looks for ways to make my daily chores a little easier on me. I hope I show him enough every day just how much I love and appreciate him. Thanks babe I love you!

Please stop back this weekend so I can show you our latest kitchen project. It isn't anything big but I sure do love it.

Blessings and hugs to all.
