Another Wonderful Swap

As I have asked before, "Am I Lucky Or What!!" I decided to participate in another swap that Char from The Pickled Pepper Patch sponsored and boy am I glad I did. The goodies I received were all homemade and wonderful. My partner in the Patriotic Porch Swap was Cindy at Cynthialeedesigns@wordpress.com. You might want to stop over at Cindy's blog and take a look at her last post. She is a very talented crafter and I'm sure you will fall in love with her creations.

Here is a picture of all the wonderful goodies Cindy handmade especially for me.

I hung the Liberty Hanger on my front door. I just love the flower arrangement she put in to make it extra Patriotic. My mom tried to con me into giving this to her but I said "No Way Momma."

I just adore these little bowl fillers. I might even have to say they are my favorite of all. At first I couldn't choose a favorite but I think these just may be it.
Cindy also made me this flag sign. I have it hanging on my front porch with my primitive tools. Sorry but you can't see the tools in the picture. I think the flag makes the display just perfect.
This next picture does not do this gift justice but she stitched up this wall hanging and accented it with rusty stars in the corners. I need to put it in a regular frame so it doesn't get lost in the over sized one I have it in now.

I would like to thank Cindy for all the time and thought she put into making these things for me. Everything is so perfectly stitched and neat. I will treasure these gifts for years to come.

Now ladies don't forget to enter the next swap providing Char sets another one up. You will not be sorry you did.

Blessings to all!

  1. Amy,
I'm so glad that you like everything. I just love how you displayed it all. I really love the stitched fabric panel in the frame!!...what a great idea! Did you find the paatriotic magnet that was in the box also? It was so little that I was worried you might over look it.
And again, I thank you for all my goodies...I love everything. My sister and a couple of my friends keep saying that a few things might just go missing when I'm not looking. And I said...No way, start up your own blog and do a swap...these are my goodies!! LOL...
    Hugs,
    Cindy

  5. Cindy certainlyis talented and you got some wonderful goodies!!

When I saw them displayed on your chair, I had to click on the picture to look closer. At one time, the room that is now my DH's office, had plaid wallpaper below the chair rail and it matched that fabric. I made valances out of that fabric to match!! I just loved it. Seeing your chair brought back memories!!
